He is also a prolific national and state property commentator with over 35 years of experience across government, institutional and private company roles. 

For over 10 years Gavin has been the resident property expert on ABC talkback radio as part of the ABC’s ‘Money’ team.

He has also held roles on the Divisional Council of the Australian Property Institute and has judged and lectured for the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

The Council supports smarter planning, better infrastructure, sustainability, and globally competitive investment and tax settings.
