The Royal Agricultural Society of WA (RASWA) and Lotterywest have again come together to provide an exclusive Animal Nursery experience with farmer Nigel at the 2022 Perth Royal Show (PRS)!

RASWA is extending this wonderful opportunity to children with special needs and their families/carers from Telethon Speech & Hearing.

Telethon Speech & Hearing families are invited to a private showing of the Animal Nursery at the PRS from 9-10am before the gates officially open at 10am. After 10am, families are then welcome to enter the Showground and enjoy a day at the PRS!

Additionally for families who may prefer to attend the Perth Royal Show during normal hours and not attend the Animal Nursery experience, we have a limited number of general entry only tickets to give away.

The 2022 Perth Royal Show will be a SafeWA event. You can check in upon arrival with the SafeWA App. Current and up-to-date COVID-19 specific information will be provided in the following weeks closer to the start of the show.

Perth Royal Show Rides and Showbags

Showcasing over 400 entertainers, 300 performances and endless hours of enjoyment – with over 101 free things to see and do – the Perth Royal Show is a hotly anticipated and much loved cultural and community event. 

The Perth Royal Show is open from 10am to 9pm every day. Sideshow Alley and Taste WA stay open until late.

General Entry Tickets can be used on any day and time that the Perth Royal Show is open – 24th September to 1st October 2022.

Animal Nursery Experience

Telethon Speech & Hearing families are invited to a private showing of the Animal Nursery with farmer Nigel at the Perth Royal Show from 9-10am before the gates officially open at 10am. After 10am, families are then welcome to enter the Showground and enjoy a day at the Perth Royal Show! 

Cuddle a fluffy chick, rabbit, lamb plus lots more. Animal Nursery – a family favourite and educational at the same time!

Animal Nursery Tickets may only be used on one of the following dates:

  • Sunday, 25th September
  • Monday, 26th September
  • Tuesday, 27th September
  • Thursday, 29th September
  • Friday, 30th September
  • Saturday, 1st October
