Terms and Conditions

Promoter These terms and conditions govern the TSH (Teach, Speak, Hear) Loud Shirt Day Colouring Competition.

The competition promoters are TSH Ltd. ABN: 73 885 107 614, 36 Dodd Street, Wembley Perth Australia, 6014.
Competition Period 12.01am 09/09/2025 to 11.59pm on 17/10/2025.
Who can enter? Only Australian residents who:

a. By entering the competition, you agree to the provisions of these terms and conditions and to comply fully with them.
Who can’t enter? Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:

a. the Promoter;
b. the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition and judging’

“Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the Giveaway run? The Giveaway will be run via the TSH Instagram account – @TSHAustralia

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram and Smiggle.
To Enter To enter the competition, you must ensure your entry has fulfilled the requirement below:

1. Colour in Story Sloth and his LOUD Shirt
2. Ensure name is filled in.
3. Take a photo of your sheet.
4. Post on Instagram with the hashtag #LoudShirtDay and tag @TSHAustralia
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen? There will be one (1) winners drawn.

Judges will choose the winning post. Winner will be announced via a post and contacted via Instagram DM to confirm this and collect their details for the prize.

The closing date for submissions is 11.59pm on 17/10/2025. All submissions received after this time will not be eligible.

The Organisers cannot be held responsible for posts that do not arrive, due to the entrant’s settings or restrictions placed by their Internet service provider.

Draw Date: 20/10/2025

Draw Period: All entries received during the Competition Period. 09/09/2025 to 17/10/2025.

The Promoter may select additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win? There is one (1) prizes available.

Prize is: A Smiggle gift card valued at $50 AUD.

The Prize cannot be transferred/exchanged/redeemed for cash.
Total prize pool The total prize pool is $50 including GST.
How many times can I enter? Submissions are not limited to any number.
How and when will the winner/s be informed? Winners will be notified by Instagram DM within five business days.

You agree that if you are a winner, you will take part in and cooperate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name and photograph in such publicity, for example, the publication of your Instagram post with your name on our website and @TSHAustralia Instagram page.
Entry Terms By submitting your entry to the TSH (Teach, Speak, Hear) Loud Shirt Day Colouring Competition, each entrant confirms and warrants that:

– They are the sole author of each post and that it is their original work;
– They own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each image;
– No Profanity or Foul Language.
– They have the permission of anyone pictured in the image (or, where the image shows any persons under 18, the consent of their parent/guardian) for the usage rights required by TSH and will indemnify TSH against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement.
– They have not licensed or disposed of any rights in the image that would conflict with uses to be made by TSH.
– They have received any necessary permissions from the owner(s) of objects in the image (s) and will indemnify TSH against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement.
– TSH have permission to use the imagery in the Instagram post provided across their marketing channels as long as full credit is given to the image owner.
– If you are a winner you will take part in and cooperate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name and photograph in such publicity, for example, the Instagram post with your name and post.
– The organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
Unclaimed prize/s Prize claim date: a winner must claim their prize by email and confirm pick up details by 3pm (AWST) on 03/11/2025.

Unclaimed prize determination: 12pm (AWST) on 04/11/2025 at the same location as the original draws.

If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can’t contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s.

Collection and use of your personal information

 All information entrants provide, full name, Instagram handle (“Personal Information”) will be used for the purpose of administering this competition and awarding the prizes, & to assist in conducting this competition draw, communicating with you, storing data or to hold and use for purposes of awarding the prizes & distributing the prizes as required.

a. how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and
b. how the Promoter will deal with enquiries and complaint.
