Hearing ImpairmentPrograms on offer for hearing impaired children from infancy through to school age. Children and their families work with a team of specialists in many settings including individual and group sessions, counselling and diagnostic testing. Hearing Impairment
Speech & LanguageThe Talkabout program is designed for children who have a speech and language delay or disorder. Programs are offered for children aged 18 months to five years. Speech & Language
Audiology & Ear HealthAudiological services are offered to children attending the Centre's programs as well as those who do not. Services include: newborn hearing screening, child hearing testing and audiological management and a cochlear implant program. A mobile hearing and ear clinic is offered for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.  Audiology & Ear Health

Telethon Speech & Hearing Centre for Children is a non-profit and charitable organisation. We teach children with speech and language and hearing impairments to listen and speak. 

Program offering includes early intervention hearing impairment programs for deaf children, utilising Auditory-Verbal Therapy, an innovative language intervention program for children with speech and language delay or disorder and audiological services and programs offered include newborn hearing screening, diagnostic testing and audiological management, cochlear implant program and mobile hearing and ear screening services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
