This was such a lovely venue situated on Galup (Lake Monger) – attendees loved being able to go outdoors during breaks, sit in the park, and buy a coffee from the van. The room was a good size and appropriate layout for a training group of approx. 30. We had absolutely no issues with the AV equipment and were able to navigate this ourselves without support. Access to the kitchenette for tea/coffee/lunch was very helpful. Staff on-site were kind and helpful with restocking cups, water, and re-filling the urn. The booking process was straightforward and involved clear communication about venue access, AV equipment etc. Additionally, part of the reason why I chose this venue was knowing that the venue hire proceeds would be going towards TSH.
