TSH provides a fully integrated approach, offering education, diagnostics, therapy, clinical services and family support all within one organisation. Our whole-of-life model ensures every child with hearing loss, speech delays, or language difficulties receives consistent, coordinated care to help them learn to listen, speak, learn and confidently connect with the world around them.
For almost 60 years we have been providing life changing journeys for WA children and their families, and we are proud to continue the important work of the tenacious parents and founding members who started TSH.

For 60 years, the kindness of our community has made it possible to change children’s lives. As a not-for-profit and registered charity, we depend on the generosity of our community so we can continue giving every child the chance to hear, speak and thrive.
TSH (Teach, Speak, Hear) is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, ABN 73 885 107 614, ACN 607 129 180, Registered Charity No. 17993, and holds Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status.

TSH is a registered NDIS provider
NDIS aims to provide support to children with disabilities or developmental delays and their families as early as possible to ensure they are able to reach their full potential.
Our Locations
TSH is proud to support children and families across Western Australia with locations designed for accessibility, and continuity of care. Whether you’re close to the metro area or living in a regional community, our team is here to support you on your child’s life changing journey.
In addition to our centres in Wembley, Cockburn, Joondalup and Karratha, we also have mobile teams working within the West Pilbara, outer metropolitan Perth, and the Wheatbelt – extending our reach and strengthening support for families across the state.
Community Outreach Programs
TSH proudly offer Community Outreach programs. Dedicated to communities most at risk, we work closely with local members to address their specific healthcare needs, ensuring that essential services available in metropolitan areas are extended, enhancing both availability and reach of our services and impact.
