How we support your family
At TSH, we meet every child and family wherever they are in their journey. We understand that every family’s experience is unique, and we tailor our support to match their needs, strengths and goals.
We walk alongside families on a life changing path, offering expert education and healthcare through a wraparound, whole‑child approach. From early guidance to ongoing support, our team works collaboratively with parents and caregivers to ensure children receive the right help at the right time.
Our commitment is to empower families, build confidence, and create the best possible outcomes, together.

How we wrap around our families
Family Information Evenings
Our Family Information Evenings bring parents together to learn from guest speakers, hear from TSH alumni, and gain insights into what to expect in the school year ahead.
Family Events
We host a range of family events – including mums’ and dads’ nights, Family Fun Day, Grandparents and Special Friends Week, and cultural celebrations – creating opportunities for families to connect and be part of our community.
Family Sessions
Our Family Sessions offer access to experts from across the organisation, giving parents the chance to ask questions, share experiences and learn alongside others.
Teacher Workshops
Through our annual Teacher Workshops, mainstream school teachers are invited to learn more about supporting children in the classroom, helping build confidence, understanding and stronger collaboration.
Family Survey
Each year, we invite families to share feedback through our Family Survey, helping us continue to improve our programs and ensure our support reflects the needs of our community.
Psychologist
A psychologist is available to provide guidance to children and staff when needed, offering specialised support as part of our broader wellbeing approach.
Allied Health
Our allied health team, including speech pathology and occupational therapy, is available for families who have questions or concerns about their child’s development during their time in the program.
Enrolment Events
Families can attend enrolment events to tour the school, meet the team and see our programs in action, helping them feel informed and confident in their decision.
Did you know TSH is an NDIS registered provider?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) aims to provide support to children with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families, as early as possible to ensure they are able to reach their full potential.
