Teach Speak Hear Appoints New Head of Operations

Specialist paediatric health care and education provider, Teach Speak Hear is pleased to announce the appointment of Zoe Naughton as its new Head of Operations.

Zoe joins Teach Speak Hear with more than a decade of leadership experience across allied health and community services, bringing a strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, strengthening service delivery and building organisational capability across complex healthcare settings.

Beginning her career as a speech pathologist, Zoe has developed extensive expertise in operational leadership, service improvement and workforce development. Her experience spans the delivery of integrated services that support children, families and communities to achieve positive outcomes.

Teach Speak Hear Chief Executive Officer Dr Carole Steketee said Zoe’s appointment marks an important step in the organisation’s continued commitment to delivering connected, high-quality services for children who are deaf, hard of hearing, or who have speech and language challenges.

“Zoe brings a unique combination of clinical understanding, operational expertise and people-centred leadership,” Dr Steketee said.

As Head of Operations, Zoe will oversee clinical service delivery across the organisation, working closely with teams to support strategic priorities, enhance organisational capability and ensure Teach Speak Hear continues to provide outstanding support to children and families.

Since 1967, Teach Speak Hear has been helping children who are deaf, hard of hearing, and those with speech and language challenges develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive in life, learning and relationships.
