The early years matter and getting the right support at the right time can change a child’s life.
At Teach, Speak, Hear (TSH), we believe every child deserves the chance to be heard, to communicate with confidence, and to take part fully in their world. Every day our teams support children and families and bring specialist education and therapy together in ways that make life a little easier.
Our purpose – In partnership with families, we empower children to hear, communicate, connect, and learn, leading to stronger communities – guides our work.
Our Vision
We envision communities where children with hearing, speech, or language challenges receive early, holistic, and consistent support so they can communicate, learn and thrive.
Our 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, Hear. Speak. Thrive., sets out how we will work towards this vision. It outlines our commitment to meet children early, stand beside their caregivers, and keep improving how we support, teach and advocate.
Our plan is built around six key strategic pillars:
- Programs: Delivering high quality, integrated education and therapy programs that reflect best practice and truly meet children’s needs.
- Pathways: Making it clearer and easier for families to find and move through our services.
- Profile: Strengthening TSH’s reputation as a trusted place for support and expertise.
- People: Creating a workplace where staff feel valued, supported and connected.
- Partnerships: Working with others to extend our impact and long‑term sustainability.
- Philanthropy: Growing fundraising that aligns with our values and strengthens our services.
Hear. Speak. Thrive. sets out our shared commitment to children and families. It reflects who we are today and the future we are working towards – one where support is easier to access, pathways are clearer, and children receive the right care at the right time – close to where they live, learn and play.
