TSH Community Outreach Programs support Western Australian communities, with a focus on those most at risk. We partner closely with local organisations to ensure our services reflect community priorities and extend the essential support available in metropolitan areas to the outer‑metro, regional and remote parts of the state.
Our Outreach programs are developed collaboratively, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each community. From outer Perth to the Wheatbelt and up through the Pilbara, TSH delivers meaningful, targeted support across Western Australia.
The TSH team regularly visits schools and community settings, working alongside local groups to provide essential ear‑health services, and speech and language assessments and therapy – where and when they’re needed most.

Chevron Pilbara Ear Health Program
15 Years of partnership with Chevron Australia and TSH to deliver mobile screenings, diagnosis and clinical pathways across the West Pilbara.
TSH Ear Health: Wheatbelt
With the support of Rural Health West, TSH delivers ear health clinics for children living in and around the Wheatbelt towns of Moora, Merredin, Narrogin and Northam.

LJ’s Story
In 2023, Louis (also known as LJ) first accessed audiology services through the Chevron Pilbara Ear Health Program. He was then screened by both a visiting speech pathologist and an occupational therapist at Onslow School.
At this time, LJ had just commenced Kindergarten, had very few words and communicated mostly in gestures and not meeting his age-appropriate development milestones.
Since his screening, LJ has been offered weekly speech therapy sessions and fortnightly occupational therapy sessions, made possible by the ongoing support of Chevron Australia as part of the Onslow Brighter Futures Pathway.
